The staff was amazing, interior design and materials were high quality, beds were huge and comfy, rooms were well equipped, various dining options available, convenient shopping area.

the staff was amazing, and they were always helpful and professional. the huge, comfy beds with amazing pillows were a wonderful touch, and the well, equipped, spacious rooms provided everything we needed. The various restaurants, cafes, and bars in the building made it easy to enjoy a range of delicious food and drink, and we particularly loved the fantastic breakfast. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the location was not optimal , there weren't many nearby restaurant options, and it was a bit far from the metro. this was a trivial matter compared to the overall amazing experience we had at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near some great eateries, so you can enjoy delicious meals within walking distance. It is also conveniently located near a public subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice coffee machine and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. the breakfast is tasty and can be served directly to your table.

Convenient location, 20 mins from airport, 10 min walk to bars. Buses and taxis easily available. Attentive housekeeping, room always clean. Impressive gym and indoor pool. Upscale with restaurants, bars, shopping. Friendly staff, held our bags till train time. Delicious food.

This hotel is perfect for those who seek luxury and relaxation. the facilities are fantastic, from the indoor swimming pool to the spa and wellness centre, which offer exclusive amenities such as sun loungers and sauna. the in-room breakfast is a unique and special experience that satisfied all my needs.
The only downside that I experienced was the minor issue with the service. Although the staff were friendly and polite, there was a delay in calling taxis and helping with luggage.

The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was fantastic, providing a luxurious experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even holding our bags until our train departure time. The hotel also had a variety of amenities, including restaurants, bars, and shopping options, making it a convenient and upscale choice. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
